Meriden Sports And Recreational Trust
Are you part of a local sporting, Meriden recreational or Sports & Recreation Trust leisure group that needs a small financial grant to help?
If so, the Meriden Sports and Recreation Trust may be able to assist by providing a small grant. They’re designed to support non-commercial groups and their members with financial assistance in order to develop their sporting, recreational and leisure projects for the benefit of those living in or close to Meriden. Applications may be made that support a wide range of leisure and health-based activities, across all age groups and sections of the community, that promote exercise, well-being and leisure.
We have helped local groups such as The Firebird Singers, Centre of England Arts, The Scout Group, the Aeromodellers and CAMEO to name a few.

The Small Grants Programme
The Small Grants Programme was established to support local non-commercial groups in developing their sporting, recreational and leisure projects.
Over recent years, grants have been made to a variety of local projects, including:
- Youth football
- Pre-school activities Youth organisation
- Arts and Craft activities Martial Arts
- Dance preparation
- Senior citizen activities Gardening activities
- Model making
